The dance festival returns, turning Padua into a stage for international choreography. A festival that spreads throughout the city, with a new feature: for the first time, the Fondazione Alberto Peruzzo will host one of the events of the festival in its exhibition space. The event is called COME NEVE, curated by choreographer Adriano Bolognino, with the participation of Rosaria Di Maro and Roberta Fanzini.

What does it mean to “feel good” and how can dance translate this condition? Adriano Bolognino, starting from a reflection on the feeling of watching snow through the window as a child, brings to the stage a sudden snowfall of bodies in motion, aimed at halting the viewer’s time in front of serene contemplation. In Come neve, the images that represent well-being for the choreographer are chased: embracing a passion and sharing it, mending a relationship with a loved one, discovering a new part of oneself, and committing to nurture it by sewing a new piece each time. The performance weaves a choreography as if it were crochet: an intricate yet sophisticated weave, a conscious intertwining that generates new forms.
